This is our highest level of membership.
You have the ability to attend any type of session you like and come into the gym 3x a week. You also benefit from unlimited access to online sessions if you're travelling or need to workout from home.

STRONG & LEAN PLAN
Our Strong & Lean Plan gets you access to our Free Weight Training sessions, allowing you to attend the gym twice a week and train your whole body. You get incredible results with less work than you previously thought possible.
This is ideal for beginners getting into the gym or for more experienced fitness fans who haven't really included strength training into their routine before.
Cardio is a love / hate part of fitness, some love it, while others loath it! Bournemouth Personal Training has finally found a way to not only make it enjoyable but incredibly effective!
With this membership you can attend any of our Met Con (cardio with weights), Thai Boxing and Pro Day (sport conditioning... esque) sessions.
ON DEMAND TRAINING
Do you already have a gym membership, bu have no idea what to do when you go? Join our On Demand Training membership and gain the confidence of having a personal trainer in your pocket. Access our programmes via your phone on our app to use in your current gym or via your desktop to train at home.
This is an ideal option If you can’t afford face to face personal training but wan those results, if your a new mum/dad struggling for time or if your a frequent traveller.
You can opt for the home version, gym version or a hybrid of them both, whichever will suit your lifestyle the best
