Join Bournemouth Personal Training and train your way to a healthy body and mind. Our brand new course for 2021 is a great way to take on a new challenge, whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or you train regularly, you’ll find our method of training new, fun and interesting with supportive like minded people.
Throughout this course you’ll progress from basics to more advanced techniques and as your body changes on the inside, you’ll see it change on the outside.
This course is for everyone, no one is too old, too injured or to unfit to complete this course, nor are you too advanced, everyone achieves in these eye opening 5 weeks.
We will only have a maximum of 5 people in the gym, you’ll have your own equipment during your session so no need to share and the kit is cleaned before and after every session!
