Join Bournemouth Personal Training and use our 5 Week Introductory Offer to try out all the different styles of training we have to offer.
From introducing you to Free Weights to showing you the wonderful world of Thai Boxing, our private gym and personal training style approach will give you a new love of fitness and results you can't believe.
Throughout this course you’ll progress from basics to more advanced techniques and as your body changes on the inside, you’ll see it change on the outside.
This course is for everyone, no one is too old, too injured or to unfit to complete this course, nor are you too advanced, everyone achieves in these eye opening 5 weeks.
There is only a maximum of 6 people in our gym at any time, you’ll have your own program and a personal trainer with you at all times. The guess work is fully taken away and the results will blow you away!
