Join Bournemouth Personal Training and train your way to a healthy body and mind. The Introduction to Weights course is a great way to take on a new challenge, whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or you train regularly, you’ll find our method of training new, fun and interesting. We will show you the most effective way to use weights so you fix your alignment, understand your body and feel strong.
Throughout this course you’ll progress from basics to more advanced techniques and as your body changes on the inside, you’ll see it change on the outside.
This course is for everyone, no one is too old, too injured or to unfit to complete this course, nor are you too advanced, everyone achieves in these eye opening 5 weeks.
