Join Bournemouth Personal Training and train your way to a healthy body and mind. The Introduction to Weights course will show you how to lift weights, engage your core and feel strong. Throughout this course you’ll progress from basics to more advanced techniques and as your body changes on the inside, you’ll see it change on the outside.
This course is for everyone, no one is too old, too injured or to unfit to complete this course and achieve their goals.
